Trevis Gleason

Trevis L. Gleason is been an award-winning writer, culinarian, consultant and instructor. His memoir, Chef Interrupted, won the Prestige Award of the International Jury at the Gourmand International World Cookbook Awards, and Dingle Dinners represented Ireland in the 2018 World Cookbook Awards. Gleason is an ambassador of the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards, a senior judge and panel chair of the Irish Quality Food Awards, judge of the Irish Hotel Awards and senior judge for the Yes Chef Magazine Awards.

An American by birth, Gleason lives in the west of County Kerry with his wife, Caryn, and their two Wheaten Terriers, Sadie and Maggie.

One of Ireland's premier chefs, Neven Maguire was born and reared in Blacklion, County Cavan, where he runs MacNean House and Restaurant. He has written many cookery books and appeared regularly on television and radio both at home and internationally.

Joanne Murphy is an award winning photographer with a creative focus on food and lifestyle.

Over the course of her 20 year career she has worked with some of the biggest names in the Irish food business such as Darina Allen, Neven Maguire, Rory O’Connell, Catherine Fulvio, Roz Purcell and Domini Kemp amongst others.

As well as photographing 30+ cookbooks she has also worked with brands such as Bord Bia, Glanbia, Lidl, Dunnes Stores, Monart and Pink Lady to name a few.

Joanne has a great understanding of ideas relating to food and current trends, all the while retaining her artist’s vision and her own unique, visual sensibility.

Carsten Krieger

CARSTEN KRIEGER is a photographer, author and environmentalist based on the west coast of Ireland. He has published numerous books on Ireland’s landscape, nature and heritage including Ireland’s CoastThe River Shannon and the popular Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Carsten is also working as project manager for the Crossbill Guides Foundation, is an AnTaisce Climate Ambassador and a Green Sod Ireland Biodiversity Ambassador.
